3. Product use

The product is laid in the undersea tunnel, which is laid and installed along the high-speed rail line to provide electrical energy for signaling, communication, lighting and other railway comprehensive electrical equipment along the high-speed railway.

4. Product performance characteristics

(1) The product meets the lighting of the entire line of the tunnel to provide electricity. The product function meets the requirements of the complex geographical environment of the submarine tunnel, and has the characteristics of seawater erosion resistance, mechanical external force resistance, vibration resistance, bending resistance and so on. Meets the requirements of Q/320282DCE095-201 7 "Anti-corrosion Lighting Power Cable for Submarine High-speed Railway Tunnel with Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV".

(2) The performance of the product meets the requirements of the complex geographical environment of the submarine tunnel, and has the waterproof and anti-corrosion characteristics of the submarine cable. The use of extruded lead sheath anti-corrosion layer and flame retardant polyolefin isolation layer, the polyolefin isolation layer plays the role of anti-seawater, and the lead-jacket anti-corrosion layer can effectively prevent seawater corrosion.

(2) Because the cable is laid in the tunnel, it has the characteristics of direct burial of terrestrial cable to resist mechanical external force. The cable structure is armored with steel tape, which plays a role in mechanical protection and anti-vibration.

The rated voltage of 0.6/1kV submarine high-speed rail tunnel anti-corrosion lighting power cable is the first product designed and developed by our company for the exclusive design and development of the Shiziyang Tunnel of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail special line, and it is also the first time in the field of high-speed rail beyond the scope of the national standard cable is a trial use. The successful design, development and trial operation of this project will be a pioneering new cable product for the submarine high-speed rail project, and also a model project for the subsequent submarine tunnel high-speed rail project.
